The City of Port Neches utilizes a trickling filter plant to treat its wastewater. The plant is designed to treat 9 MGA on dry flow and 17 MGD of storm flow with a total flow of 26 MGD. The average daily flow from the plant is 1.4 MGD. This division maintains the City’s nine (9) lift stations.
