Service can be started by completing an application and providing a driver’s license or other State issued I.D. in person. New service can be started the same day if application and meter deposit is received before 2:00 p.m. Payment can be made by cash, check, or money order. On-site only, payment may be made with debit/credit card with a three (3) percent processing fee.
