Liquor Licenses
The City Secretary issues liquor permit licenses in conjunction with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). The fee is one-half of the TABC fee. The City license may be obtained upon receipt of the State license. To receive a City license, an applicant must present a copy of the TABC License and submit the appropriate fee. The City permit is valid for one year.

Recently, State laws have changed. TABC is now issuing two (2) year permits for liquor permits, however, the City will require permit holders to annually renew their City licenses.
