Welcome to the official website of the City of Port Neches! As the Mayor of Port Neches, it is with great pleasure that I introduce you to our community. Port Neches is located in Southeast Texas alongside the scenic Neches River. Our bedroom community is the home of over 13,000 residents where we enjoy a small town atmosphere, close enough to the big cities to experience the advantages they can offer, without the hustle and bustle of big city living.
