Did You Use Excessive Water During the Storm?
Did you have excessive water usage as a result of the winter storm and a water line break? If so, you may be eligible to receive a reduction in your water bill.
If you can provide receipts for parts to fix a break or an invoice from a plumber or contractor showing the work performed, you can request a reduction in your utility bill. Please note that only cases whereby the billing has resulted in a significant increase over prior months will be considered for the reduction. All requests for a reduction in the amount due must be submitted to the City of Port Neches within 45 days of the repair. Please see the form for additional information.
